2nd month and still there !
Time flies, that’s crazy. I hope you’re doing well, I know that for some people, this month finished in a stress mood.
You know, this overthinking moment, when you feel underwater and everything seems out of control. Take a step back. Have a break for yourself will give you back energy. Let you empty your mind for a bit. The key is to refocus on yourself and on what is really important for you.

To be closer to those important things that matter for you, the question is : What is the first step you can do ?
Hey ! Let me show you something. Let’s relax for a bit. Sit up straight. Move slowly your head to your left shoulder, and then, move it slowly to the right shoulder. Come back straight. Release your arms along your body. Take a deep breath. Come on, try it for real 😉 Free all tensions in your body. Take another deep breath. I’ll share with you a little secret : put the sound on and click here. Now take the time to listen. Take the time for you. This is your moment. Feel the music. And close your eyes.
I hope that it cheered you up, made you sing, smile, dance or whatever 🙂 See, how powerful is the music. I love it so much. Music is life. Now that you feel better, you will see things from another perspective. The situation didn’t change. The difference is you could see a new angle of the situation with other possibilities.
Let’s take our common situation as an example. It was a Friday 13th *Oh my god* (I like when it sounds a little bit dramatic haha). So I was saying : It was a Friday 13th, the lovely day when, in here, the government invites all the people to stay locked in their home. From this terrible time, we could see people running everywhere, desperate, trying to find the last toilet paper pack. Oh dear, what could we do ? How long will we stay working from home in pyjama ? Who knows ? How long without sport ? How long trapped with chocolate and cakes ? How long locked with Netflix and Youtube videos ? People, I’ll tell you something, I will probably not come back from this trap. My cheeks will become so big, that you’ll find me as a new member of a hamster family. Haha I’m kidding 😛
In reality, I try to stay as much as I can at home.
Everyone could be a carrier of the virus without developing the disease. It’s tricky because it’s possible to spread the virus without knowing it. So I prefer to avoid seeing people. Even if I’m healthy, I think that staying at home protects people from the virus.
I continue to work, I’m lucky, I can work online. Adapting to these new circumstances we do video meetings. The events are cancelled therefore we are focused on the administrative and promotion parts (website, social media,…). I also improve my knowledge by playing with HTML codes and trying stuff on the blog.
If you have some free time at home, take the opportunity to do something you usually never have time to do 😉 Whatever if it’s a personal or a professional : this is time. This is the perfect moment to do something you really want.
Otherwise, the beginning of March was pretty good. In Inex Sk, the promotion team had the idea to create a video about tips to be prepared for a volunteering project. That means we were part of the shooting of the next success movie ! Héhé
⭐ This month we celebrated the birthdays of Mayka and Jarka ⭐
We shared a healthy concoction drink with seaberry and apple juices. It’s taste weird but it has those vitamins called by many letters and numbers ^^
With friends, we went to a food market, tried some cafes to enjoy nice cakes and visited a little bit. It’s great, in Bratislava, the first Sunday of every month, museums are free for everybody. We took the opportunity to visit Bratislava Castle and an art gallery. The castle was really beautiful, you could find interesting exhibitions about history, culture and art.
If you read in the previous episode : I visited Brno ! A little day trip with friends. It is the second most popular city in Czech Republic and is known as the capital of the historical Moravian region. We had a great time walking along streets and visiting cathedrals, churches, art gallery,… I let you discover it with pictures 🙂
Also I enjoy simple moments such as : trying new cake recipes, shooting pictures, spending time with my flatmates, taking news from friends and family, redecorating my room,… 🙂 And, as half of the people, I tried some yoga exercises at home with my flatmate Monika. The only issue is the yoga coach stopped and turned off. Next time I should check the battery charge level of the lovely virtual coach.
